about us

Öz Kervan, Antalya’s nut shop — a caravan knows its load

A caravan is a way of traveling: it doesn't rush, it chooses its load carefully, and it knows where it's going. That's where our shop's name comes from. Pistachios come from Antep, hazelnuts from Giresun, walnuts from Maraş — not the short way, but the right way is our choice.

We never rush the roasting: we roast little and often, we don't let sacks sit around. At the counter, the price is up front and the scale is in plain view; there's no reason to buy anything you don't like — everything can be tasted.

four things that never change

The counter's rules

The same since the day we opened the shop. No one has to remind us — we don't forget.

  • daily roastingWe roast little and often. We don't let sacks sit around; there's no chance to go stale.
  • sourced from its regionEvery product comes from its own hometown. Not the short way — the right way.
  • honest weightThe scale plays no favorites. The bag's weight is on us.
  • don't buy without tastingEverything on the counter can be tasted. You won't buy what you don't like — we never insist.

bon appétit
