Frequently Asked Questions
From vacuum packing to wholesale orders, opening hours to where our products come from — the questions we hear most. If yours is not here, message us on WhatsApp.
- Do you vacuum-pack for flights?
- Yes. We vacuum-seal nuts, Turkish delight, spices and coffee — it saves space in your luggage and keeps the aroma in. Just ask at the counter.
- Do you take wholesale and corporate orders?
- We do. We prepare bulk orders for hotels, cafés, office snacks and holiday gifts. Send us the quantity and the date on WhatsApp and we will reply the same day.
- Do you ship orders?
- Message us on WhatsApp for delivery outside Antalya and we will tell you the options for that day. We do not recommend shipping perishable items.
- Which products are roasted daily?
- All the nuts and snacks. We roast in small batches through the day so nothing sits in the sack. Coffee is ground the moment you order it.
- Can I taste before I buy?
- Of course. Everything on the counter can be tasted — there is no reason to buy something you do not like. If you cannot decide, we will line a few up for you.
- Is there a minimum amount?
- No minimum. We will weigh out 100 grams just as happily as five kilos. Tell us the amount, and for mixes tell us the ratio — we will blend it at the counter.
- What are your opening hours?
- Every day from 07:00 to 24:00. Both our Döşemealtı and Kepez shops keep the same hours, weekends included.
- Is there any difference between the two shops?
- None in what we sell: same sourcing, same roast, same prices. Come to whichever is closer — Döşemealtı is in Yeniköy, Kepez is in Teomanpaşa.
- Do you make gift boxes and holiday baskets?
- We do. You pick the box, we put the mix together. For large holiday or wedding orders, a few days’ notice makes life easier for everyone.
- Where do the products come from?
- Each from its own region: pistachios from Gaziantep, hazelnuts from Giresun, almonds from Datça, pepper flakes from Maraş. The right road, not the short one.
- How should I store nuts at home?
- In a sealed jar, somewhere cool and out of the light. In summer the fridge door works well; chocolate-coated products should be kept cold anyway.
- How do I get to your shops?
