Cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil — clear when you hold it to the light, green on the nose. Sold in tins or bottles; people who cook a lot tend to take the tin.

Alongside it, naturally fermented vinegar made from apples and grapes. Unfiltered and additive-free, so sediment at the bottom is normal — in fact it is a good sign.

You can taste both at our Döşemealtı and Kepez shops in Antalya. Keep the oil cool and dark, keep the vinegar sealed, and that is all the care they need.
